Order Cancellation

· If the order has not been shipped
There are no fees and you will receive a full refund.
· If the order has been shipped (subject to our system status, not the order status)
You will be responsible for the shipping cost. If the order cannot be intercepted, you need to send the package back in its original condition after receiving it. We will process your refund once we receive the package.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after the return is accepted.
30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy
- You are eligible to return the item within 30 days of receipt.
- All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received.
- No restocking fee will be charged, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If there are quality issues with the product, we will bear the return shipping costs.
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected the package and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The processing time depends on your bank or service provider.
How to Return
Step 1: Contact us via email to inform us of your return request.
Step 2: After receiving the return authorization, please send the package and contact us to provide the tracking number.
Step 3: Upon receiving and inspecting the package, we will process your refund within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at w@bfour.cc.
Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging we provided and in undamaged condition; Otherwise, a refund will not be possible.
